3-Step Sanitizing, Mold & Mildew Removal Service

At Total Engineering we are the first to introduce in Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique  our new 3 step Sanitizing, Mold and Mildew removal service that eliminates and restricts the growth of these pathogens.

  • Step 1 – Coils are sprayed with anti-fungal solution
  • Step 2 – Heavy matter is removed
  • Step 3 – High temperature steam is applied to further kill remaining spores leaving your air fresh, healthy and clean.
